Returns and Refund Policy (for National/International Delivery)
Returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hrs of delivery along with an image of the item delivered. Our team will contact you for additional details of the product delivered if required.
The product will be accepted in its original condition with all tags and protective materials intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tags will not be covered under this policy.
The money back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
Customer may choose one of the following:
- Get the product re-delivered or
- Refund in the original mode of payment (amount shall reflect in your account (original payment method) within 7-10 working days or as per standard banking timelines)
We do not offer refund in the following cases:
If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
If product quality concerns are caused by improper handling of the product.
Note:
-Complaints need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
-Complaints against non-delivery need to be made within 15 days for national delivery and 30 days for International delivery from the date of issue of order, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
-For quality purpose, we might have to get a reverse pick up done for that product, before we can get a redelivery done.
-We do not accept any request for product exchanges.
-In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse the payment for the undelivered product.
